摘要
本文结合上海植物园展览温室屋顶铝合金网架工程,对铝合金压杆进行了试验研究,分析了材料特性、初始弯曲、初始偏心和截面形状等因素对铝合金压杆极限承载力的影响,最后在试验结果和数值计算的基础上得出了对称截面铝合金挤压型材压杆的稳定系数,并和欧洲建议、美国规范及上海市规程的稳定系数进行了比较。
Factors affecting the ultimate strength of aluminum alloy columns such as material properties,section profile,initial crookedness and initial eccentricity are analyzed in this paper,and the column curves of aluminum alloy extruded columns with symmetrical sections based on the experimental data and numerical calculation results are presented.The comparison between the column curves deduced in the paper and those of some relevant specifications is given as well.
