摘要
将开放式软件概念引入地理信息系统 (GIS)之中 ,提出并初步实现了面向电力市场的开放式可视化管理平台。实现了电力元件的图形化建模和网络拓扑自动分析 ;选用数据库作为外界应用与该平台进行信息交互的媒介 ,使其在开放性、可靠性等方面有明显优势。外部应用只需通过读写刷新表即可操纵 GIS图元的各种动作。这种开放平台可以方便地实现 GIS与外部应用的数据交换 。
By introducing the concept of open software into geographic information system (GIS), a visualized management platform for electricity market is designed and developed. Graphic modeling, in which the graphic symbols express the mathematical models of power facilities, is firstly realized. Then an automatic network topology analysis function based on the geographic background is designed. By selecting commercial database as the information channel for data exchanging between GIS and application software, the platform is efficiently improved in its flexibility and reliability. Any application software can control all the actions of the components on a GIS figure by simply reading and writing the control-table. It opens the door for GIS to exchange data with the third-party software so that it has prosperous prospect in technique support system for electricity market.
