摘要
宪法是近代市场经济的产物。我国现行宪法是社会主义市场经济的保障 ,社会主义市场经济的建立又成为我国宪法发展的促进力量。社会主义市场经济的不断发展以及国际经济的一体化 ,必然要求宪法作出进一步修改和完善 ,以体现新的内容和客观要求 。
Constitutional law is the result of market economy in modern times. The socialst market economy is secured by the present Constitution in China. At the same time, the socialist market economy further strengthens the development of the Chinese Constitution. The uninterrupted growth of the socialist market economy and uniformity of global economy inevitable request us to amend and improve the Contitution, so as to make it reflect the new content and objective requirement and to play a significant role to the market economy.
