摘要
本文主要从卖方义务、买方义务和风险转移的影响这三个角度对我国合同法与《2000年国际贸易术语解释通则》进行了比较分析。
This article gives a analysis and com parison between Chinese Contract Law and Incoterms2000,which is based o n the buyer obligations,the seller obligation s and transfer of risks.
