摘要
采用交流阻抗法在 50Hz~ 50 0 0 0Hz范围内测量了电化学处理前后的CVD法SiC纤维样品 ,确定其具有电阻阻抗特征。通过模拟电路分析推导出计算纤维平均体电阻率及表面层电阻率的方法 ,并计算出SiC纤维表面氧化层的电阻率为 5× 1 0 4 Ω·m左右。
The impedance characteristics of CVD SiC fibers before and after electrochemical treatment are detected by alternating current impedance method in frequency range of 50 Hz~50 kHz, and are confirmed to be resistive. Analyzed by simulative circuit, a method to calculate the bulk specific resistance of the SiC fiber and the specific resistance of the oxide surface layer is employed,and specific resistance of the oxide surface layer is about 5×10 4 Ω·m as a result. Various factors of effect on the specific resistance are also discussed in this paper.
