摘要
在长江流域的自然水体中 ,进行生殖洄游的河蟹以二秋龄种群为主体 ,当年性早熟的个体约占5%~ 1 0 %。大多数河蟹在青春蜕壳后由黄蟹变为绿蟹的时间集中在秋分前后 ,此后性腺发育进入高速增长期。而在人工养殖的条件下 ,河蟹的当年性成熟率甚至可达到近似 1 0 0 %。盐度、温度和营养是促使河蟹当年性早熟的因素 ,也是控制性成熟的技术关键。
Mitten crab for generational migration was usually composed of 2 autumn old individuals in natural water of the Yangtze River basin. Only about 5%~10% were the early matured yearling, most of the crab undergo moult of youth stage and from yellow crab metamorphosis to green crab around autumnal equinox. After that, the development of sexual gland entered the high speed stage. However, about 100% of the mitten crab can grow to sexual maturity within a year in artificial culture waters. Salinity, breeding temperatare and nutrition were the main factors for the sexual early maturity and also were key technique to control sex maturity.
