枸杞多糖的免疫增强作用与单胺递质及肾上腺皮质激素的相互关系 被引量:14

IMMUNOPOTENTIATING EFFECTS OF LYCIUM BARBARUM POLYSACCHARIDES(LBP) AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH MONOAMINE TRANSMITTERS AND CORTICOSTERONE IN RATS

摘要 本文以神经内分泌免疫调节网络学说及祖国医学的整体理论为指导思想,观察了补益药枸把子的活性成分枸杞多糖对正常大鼠下丘脑、脾脏单胺递质及血浆皮质酮的影响。结果表明:枸杞多糖在增强大鼠脾细胞增殖反应的同时,使脾脏去甲肾上腺素的含量明显下降;下丘脑去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺及5-羟色胺的含量下降,5-羟吲哚乙酸升高;此外,血浆皮质酮水平降低。提示枸杞多糖增强免疫功能的机理可能部分是通过调节中枢下丘脑与外周免疫器官脾脏交感神经释放去甲肾上腺素等单胺递质,以及肾上腺皮质释放皮质激素等环节相互协调而实现的。 The multiple immunopotentiating effects of LBP have been verified by our previous wo- rk. In this paper, we examined the effects of LBP on the neuroendocrine activites and immunomodulation It was found that daily injection of LBP in rats for 7 days produced a significant decrease of monoamine transmitters(noradrenaline, dopamine and serotonin) in hypothalamus and of the plasma level of corticosterone. LBP 5mg/kg and 10mg/kg ip for 7 days, significantly increased Con A induced splenocyte proliferation, and there was a marked decrease of NA content in the spleen during this period, thus indicating a close coreelationship between the neuroendocrine activities and immunofunetions. These results suggest that the mechanism of immunopotentiating action of LBP, in addition to their direct effects on immune system, may be partially mediated by neuroendocrine systems.
