摘要 介绍了用复数法对齿条齿轮四杆函数发生机构进行运动综合的方法。鉴于这种机构的特殊结构,多用于发生单调和非单调函数以及非线性函数。其主要优点是构件数少,且具有最佳的传动性能。 A technique to apply the complex number method to the kinematic synthesis of the rack - and - gear function generating mechanism is presented here. Due to the extra complexity of the rack - and - gear both monotoinic and non - monotonic functions, as well as non - liner functions, can be generated. The major advantages of the rack - and - gear mechanism is that the menchanism contains less links and that the transmission angle always remains at its optimal value.
