摘要
计算机网络技术的发展，对现代教育观念和模式产生了巨大的影响。网上大学、远程教育等新的教育方式受到教育界的广泛重视。本文介绍了网络大学中远程教育的实现，即实时远程教育、基于web的多媒体课件以及基于web的远程测试、交流和教学管理系统。指出网上大学在创新能力培养和素质教育方面的有利因素及其对现代大学教育的影响，并对未来大学的发展趋势做了初步的探讨。
：The development of e－learning has created great impact on the modern distance education concept and format． The new education mode like e－university and distance education has roused great attention in the field of education． The article will introduce how to realize distance education through e－ university． That is “real－time distance education” and is based on the multi－media web courseware distance evaluation interaction and academic management． It points out the capacity cultivation for innovation in the e－university the positive factors of quality education and its influence on the modern universities． The article also analyzed the tendency for the development of the future university．
