摘要
在研究电机优化设计特点的基础上结合实际对模拟退火算法做了适应性改进,包括共用变量与非共用变量搜索模式、连续变量与离散变量的搜索模式和全局寻优与收敛速度之间的协调等问题,从而构成更实用的电机全局优化设计算法。应用这一算法对 系列小型三相异步电动机进行了优化计算,并对堵转电流、力能指标及有效材料用量进行了对比分析。结果表明,算法可靠有效,具有工程实用价值。
The Simulated Annealing Algorithm is improved according to the practice on the characteristics of the optimal design of electric machine. The improvements include the search- ing modes for the common and uncommon variables, continues and discrete variables and harmonizing the global optimization and convergence speed as well. So the better global optimization algorithm for the electric machine design is formed. The algorithm is applied to the optimal calculation for the small motor designs of Y series. Contrasts and analysis are made for the starting currents, the effciencies, the power factors and the dosage of materials in effect. The calculation results show that the algorithm is reliable, valid and suitable to the application in the engineering.
