摘要
为正确认识护患关系 ,树立良好的组织形象 ,从护患关系的主体性、公众性、公正性、互利性、双向性进行分析 ,认为护患关系具有公共关系属性 ,护理人员在处理与病人的关系时 ,不应仅停留在处理好护患双方个人关系之上 ,而应从医院与公众、医院与社会、医院与舆论的角度来认识和处理护患关系 ,树立全员公关意识 ,塑造良好的组织形象。
To understand the nurse-patient relation correctly, and to set up a good public image, it was analyzed from the subject,public, justice, mutually benefit, two-way character of the nurse-patient relation. And it was regarded that the nurse-patient relation had the property of public relation. Nursing staff would not only handle the relation in person to person level but also deal with it from the viewpoint of hospital and the public, hospital and society, hospital and public opinion. And as a nurse, one should establish a consciousness of whole public relation and portray a good public image.
