摘要
分别从温州市郊区采集的 4处淤泥中分离到 4株光能异养型菌株W 1,W 2 ,W 3,W4,对其形态特征和生理特性研究发现 ,4株菌基本相似 ,均为革兰氏阴性 ,弯曲杆状 ,出芽繁殖 ,在光照厌氧和黑暗好氧条件下均能生长。W 1~W4菌株能利用许多有机物作为碳源且以乳酸钠、醋酸钠、丙酮酸、苹果酸、丁二酸为最适宜。酵母膏能显著刺激其生长 ,而谷氨酸钠和丙氨酸对其生长无刺激作用。在pH5 .0~ 8.5的条件下 4株菌均能生长 ,其最适 pH均为 7.0左右。根据上述结果 ,确证W 1~W4均为沼泽红假单胞菌
Four strains of photo heterotrophic bacteria (No W1, No W2, No W3, and No W4) were isolated from different sludge at different suburb spots of Wenzhou. They are morphologically and physiologically similar. They are gram negative, rod zigzag and blastogenesis. They grow both under illumination and anaerobic,and dark and aerobic conditions. They utilized many organic materials as carbon source, among them sodium lactate, sodium acetate, acetonic acid, malic acid, and succinate were the most suitable. Yeast extract could apparently stimulate its growth; sodium glutamate and alanine could not. At the range of pH5.0~8.5 the four strains grew well, and the most suitable pH was at 7.0. According the above results, the strains of No W1~W4 were classified as Rhodopseudomonas palustris.
