摘要
经分析氢气管线的焊接裂纹的形态、分布、形成过程确定了产生裂纹的主要原因是焊接微裂纹和氢蚀。通过改进焊接工艺和对焊缝进行热处理 ,提高了管线的焊接质量 。
By the analysis of the morphology, distribution and formation of weld cracks developed on hydrogen pipes, it is found that these cracks are mainly caused by weld capillary cracks and hydrogen corrosion. The welding quality of these lines can be improved by optimizing welding process and heat-treating weld seams to obtain stable operation of the equipment.
