摘要 大鼠异位心脏移植模型是进行移植免疫、移植病理和移植心脏保护研究的基础。本文就大鼠异位心脏移植模型的发展、术式沿改、手术方法以及术中术后可能出现的问题加以综述。 Rat heterotopic heart transplantation models have been developed for the study of transplantation immunology, pathology and for the reserve of donor heart. So the aim of this article is to review the development, the improvement, the method and some trouble on operation of rat heterotopic heart transplantation.
