摘要
本文论述了在多媒体课件开发时，如何利用科学合理的教学设计方法进行学习过程的教学设计，并给出具体的程序设计和实现方法，探索了在多媒体课件中将计算机多媒体处理能力与各种教学设计方法进行有机结合，创设出一种学习环境与学习活动并重的课程教学。
This article discusses in the process of developing the multi－media courseware, how to use the scientific teaching design ways to conduct the study process． And the detailed programs are given． It also discusses the integration of multi－media processing capacity and all the other teaching designs, creating a significant course and teaching of study environment and study activities．
