摘要
知识网络是新近被认识到现象,随着各国提倡建立国家创新体系,知识网络科学界所重视。本文基于知识由节点产生,节点间存在信息交流的事实,建立了一个能够反映知识网络动力学特性的基本模型,为了与公共政策分析联系,本文参考神经网络的物理模型,发展了一个政策参与调控的知识网络模型,它将作为分析中国国家创新体系投资政策的基础。
It is universally acknowledged that knowledge is playing a most important role in social and economic developmetn in the modern world, in which knowledge is flowing in the society as independently as commodity. Organizatuion wgo produce knowledge distribute in the space as modes. When knowledge is flowing and spillovering from one Organization to another Oraanization, a knowledge network formed. This paper considers:Liks all kinds of networks, knowledge network is composed of node and connections between nodes,which represent the Organization, who has the capability of knowledge producing,storing and spreading,and the physical mutual effort,respectively., But, knowledge network is not a common network since it has 3 characteristics: firstily, the knowledge~ producing capability of nodal is changing with time, so is the state of the network, secondly, the connection between nodal is dynamic, and it satisfies some regulations,thirdly,the states of nodal and the network changes by respond- ing to external excitations and the respond is non- linear. The 3 characteristics are the same as the netal network, which is not only a kind of networks, but also a method to simulate the dynamic process of complicated system. So, we make a model on neural netowrk prototyping to simulate the evolving process of knowledge network. The physical model, of knowl- edge network is: where xj (t)is the state of node j at time t ,and ai is intension of noel j, (t)is policy control, wy are force of interac- tion, according Wilson's theory of spatial interaction and information flow, we get the function: . This model is nonlinear, B's change will result to complexity, Its application and complexity will discussion in Knowledge Network Dynamics and Policy Contropl(II).
