种子吸胀冷害和渗透调控的研究 被引量:23

摘要 简要介绍了作者近 2 0年来对种子吸胀冷害和渗透调控深入而系统的研究所取得的主要成果 ,包括种子吸胀冷害发生的规律及机理 ,生物膜“双修补”理论和完善的“渗控”系统的确立及其应用效果。以多层次系列试验的直接证据确证种子吸胀冷害的原初作用位点———靶是在生物膜上。着重阐述作为种子吸胀冷害的信号———适应性保卫反应与其三个类型的发现 ,以及种子低温吸胀“双修补” In this paper,the authors concisely introduced their major research results and conclusions of the systematical,deepgoing and serial studies on the imbibitional chilling injury in seeds and osmoconditioning in last twenty years,in which the law and mechanism of imbibitional chilling injury in seed,the establishment of di\|repair theory and comsummating the osmoconditioning system and it applied effects were included.Especially,it was emphasized that the original action target of imbibitional chilling injury is localized on the biomembrane, the discovery of adaptability\|defended responses in seeds,i.e.a signal of imbibitional chilling injury,and three kinds of adaptability\|defenged responses in seeds,the view and concept of di\|repair theory in cold imbibitional seeds and its important scientific significance and applied valve etc.
