摘要
研究了白蛋白与茜素络合腙 (AL C)的显色反应 .在含 0 .0 15 %Triton X- 10 0 p H3.7的 B- R缓冲溶液中 ,AL C与白蛋白形成红色复合物 ,λmax为 5 40 nm ,ε为 7.5× 10 4L· mol- 1 · cm- 1 ,白蛋白的质量浓度在 5 0mg/L～ 70 0 mg/L 范围内 ,服从 Beer定律 .所提出的方法可直接用于血清中白蛋白含量测定 .
In a pH3.7 buffer solution containing Triton X 100 0.015%,protein forms a red complex with ALC.Its maximum absorption peak is 540nm with molar absorptivity of 7.5×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Beer's law is obeyed in a range from 50 mg/L to 700 mg/L.The proposed method has been applied to determination of protein in serum samples.
