摘要 采用本地健康杂种犬15条,分成对照组(6条)和正反双向喷射通气(HFTJv)治疗组(9条)二组。用蒸气吸入方法使犬严重致伤,随后分析损伤大的血气变化及HFTJV对其的影响。结果表明:损伤犬皆迅速呈现Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭改变;HFTJV对维持严重蒸气吸入性损伤犬血气的正常有显著作用;在需要改善严重缺O_2状态同时又要加强CO_2排出时,HFTJV有独到之处。 Fifteen hybrid healthy dogs were randomly divided into two groups,control group(6dogs)and high frequency two-way jet ventilation(HFTJV)treated group(9 dogs), All ofthe 15 dogs were injuried by steam inhalation to observe the blood gas changes of severesteam inhalation injuried dogs and the effects of HFTJV on them. The results revealed:1.dogs had type Ⅱ respiratory failure immediately after inhalation injury;2. HFTJV was sig-nificantly effective in maintaining normal blood gases of dogs with severe steam inhalation in-jury;3.HFTJV seemed specially suitable in improving PaO<sub>2</sub> and enhancing CO<sub>2</sub> elimination when necessary.
