摘要
目的 了解等待手术治疗的妇科年轻患者 (平均年龄 2 7.7岁 )的精神状况。方法 用SCL— 90测试表 ,对年轻妇科患者及其女性家属 (对照 )进行测试。结果 在 13个项目的对比中有 11项指标妇科患者显著 (P <0 .0 1)优于对照组 ,“恐怖”和“阳性均分”高于对照组 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 患者处于对手术治疗恐惧的应激状态 ,医师应尊重患者的知情权以降低其应激水平 ,获得良好疗效。
Objective To explore the change on mental health problems of young patients with gynecopathy.Methods 303 young patients with gynecopathly average 27.7 years were tested with SCL 90.Results The scores on symptoms in 11 among 13 items in the exercise subjects was significantly lower than that of controls.The difference between the exercise subjects and controls on the score on Phobia and the mean of Masculise subjects were found.Conclusion Patient′s right should be esteemed in order to reduce the stress level.She ought know the facts of her course of disease,it will be helpful for her treatment.
