摘要
对3个目10个科的26种贝类的肌浆蛋白质的电泳技术进行了比较研究。研究结果:用10%的浓度制备的凝胶,分离蛋白质区带最清晰,区带分布最均匀;提取肌浆蛋白时,海水不能作为提取液,蒸馏水等怍为提取液较理想;点样量的选择以30μl为最佳量;关于蛋白质染料以考马斯亮兰R250染色为好。
They inquired into the best methods of separating shellfish protein by
the vertioal slab polyacrylamide gel electrophorisis during our comparative study of
myogen in 3 orders 10 families 26 species shellfish.The result shows that 10%
gel provides the best separation.Sea water can not be used to extract myogen
sample while distilled water and buffer can.30μl of extraction per pool is suitable.
After electrophorisis gel was stained with Coomassie blue R_(250),the best dye liquor
was composed of H_2O:Methand:Glacial acetic acid=5:5:2(V/V).
