摘要
传感器故障诊断技术的研究对提高系统可靠性具有重要意义。本文综述了近年来国内外对传感器故障进行诊断的技术研究,主要内容包括硬件冗余、分析冗余、信号处理、人工神经网络方法等,简要地给出了有代表性的研究成果,并对传感器故障诊断技术的发展趋势和有待解决的问题作了一定的分析与探讨。
Research on the sensor failure diagnosis technology is important to improve the reliability of system. This paper reviews the methods for sensor's fault detection diagnosis technology developed recently, including hardware redundancy, analytical redundancy. signal processing. and neural networks ect. briefly illustrates typical rdsearch results, points out prob-lems that should be met, and predicts future research direction in this field.
