摘要
本文全面综述了螺旋藻的营养价值，保健功效，药用价值及其在水产养殖方面的应用，并展望了其开发前景。
In this paper, the spirulina and its biological characteristic,nutritive value,pharmaceutical effectiveness,exploitation and application in aquaculture are reviewed in details. And its perspective of applications is envisaged.\;
