摘要
目的 探讨体外循环前后内毒素水平的变化及内毒素的来源和进入机体的途径。方法 选用家猪 7只 ,全麻下建立体外循环 ,应用鲎实验法测定体外循环前 ,体外循环后 3h ,复跳后 10min、6 0min门静脉及右心房血的内毒素含量。结果 复跳 6 0min内毒素水平明显高于体外循环前 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,复跳后 6 0min门静脉内毒素水平明显高于右心房 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 长时间体外循环 (3h)血中内毒素水平明显升高 ,以内源性内毒素为主 。
Objective Th explore the change of endotoxin levels during cardiopulmonary bypass.Methods Cardiopulmonary bypass was established in seven pigs. The blood was sampled from portal vein and right atrium for endotoxin determination at 4 time points, namely before cardiopulmonary bypass, 3 hours aftercardiopulmonary bypass, 10 and 60 minutes after heart beating; Serum endotoxin was determined by limulus test.Results The level of endotoxin was signi ficantly higher at 60 minutes after heart beating than that before cadiopulmonary bypass ( P< 0.05). The level of endotoxin in portal vein was significantly higher than that in right atrium at 60 minutes after heart beating ( P< 0.05).Conclusion The endotoxin is significantly higher after longer cadiopulmonary bypass ( 3 hours). The portal vein is most likely the pathway of endotoxin entering the body.
