摘要
空间数据库管理系统是 GIS的核心 ,每一次空间数据库管理系统的技术变革都带来 GIS软件技术的革命。本文阐述了空间数据库管理系统的一些基本概念及发展历程 ,之后结合新一代 GIS软件 Geo Star,介绍了矢量、影像。
Spatial database management system is the most important module in GIS software. This paper discusses the concepts and development in spatial database management system. Then it introduces a data model for managing vector data, image data, DEM data and attribute data, and its implementation in GeoStar.
