摘要
基于在一定的反应条件下 ,维生素C可以定量地将磷钼酸铵还原成磷钼蓝 ,提出了一种新的测定维生素C的分光光度法。该方法能很方便、快速地测定生物、药物等试样中的维生素C ,准确度和重复性均达到令人满意的程度。
According as that Vc can reduce phosphomolybdate ammonium quantitatively to blue substance on certainl conditions, a new spctrophotometry determinating Vc is proposed in this paper. On the conditions selected in this paper, the maximum absorptive wavelength of phosphomolybdate-blue formed by the reaction of ammonium phosphomolybdate with Vc is at 700.1 nm. It does not form moly-blue (650 nm) when excessive ammonium phosphomolybdate react with trace Vc. The conditions of determination is easy to control. This method can determinate Vc in food, medicine easily and conveniently. The accuracy and the repeatability are satisfactory.
