摘要
对棉花抗虫育种协作组提供的20多份棉花品系,进行了对棉蚜、棉铃虫的抗性鉴定。鉴定结果表明:高抗苗蚜的10份,占40.0%;高抗伏蚜的1份.占5.6%;高抗棉铃虫的4份,占17.4%。对14份品系进行主分量分析的结果表明:参试品系间差异主要表现在对棉蚜的抗性上,其次为对棉蚜和棉铃虫的兼抗性、抗蚜性与抗棉铃虫性互斥,呈负的连锁关系。
Resistance of twenty cotton varieties (lines)which were provided by cooperating group of cotton resistance breeding to insect pests were identified.Results showed that ten varieties (lines)are highly resistant to aphis in seedling stage,only one is highly resistant to aphis in midsummer,four are highly resistant to bollworms.Analysis for pincipal comonents to four- teen vaieties (lines) showed that there are deferences among varieties (lines) on resistance to aphis and to aphis and bollworms simultaneously.Negtive relations between the aphis resis- tance and bollworm resistance were found.
