摘要
机械加工正朝着高速化、复合化、智能化及环保型方向发展 随着现代集成制造系统的问世以及切削速度不断提高 ,对刀具性能提出更高的要求 ,开发各种耐磨性优良能长时间进行稳定加工的超硬切削刀具是必然趋势 切削刀具逐步向高效加工、硬加工、干式加工、超精密加工和新型难加工材料加工的方向发展 PCD(PolycrystallineDiamond)刀具与PCBN(PolycrystallineCubicBoronNitride)刀具是实现精密和超精密加工的必备加工刀具 ,在生产实际中能加工出常规切削加工达不到的尺寸精度和表面粗糙度 ,研究PCD与PCBN刀具的使用符合客观生产实际的迫切需要
Machining is developing towards high speed, compounding, intelligence and environmental protection With the appearance of modern integrated manufacturing system (machining centers, FMS, CIMS) and the improvement of cutting speed, higher reguirements are attached to cutter performance and it is necessary to develop various kinds of fine ultra hard cutting tools The production of cutters is developing progressively toward high efficient machining, hard machining, dry machining, ultra accurate machining and machining of new type materials hard to be machined PCD cutters and PCBN cutters are necessary in realizing accurate and ultra accurate machining, because they make it possible to reach the size precision and surface roughness unaccesible with routine cutting machining Therefore, the study on the application of PCD cutters and PCBN cutters meets the urgent need of actual production The paper introduces their cutting law and scope of application in order to instruct the actual prodcution
