摘要
以铁路大型货运站为研究对象 ,分析铁路运输管理信息系统 (TMIS)实施前后的货运组织作业流程 ;研究 TMIS对压缩作业车在站停留时间的作用 ;探讨 TMIS对货运站的再造功能。
In this paper, the large-scale freight station is studied as the object. Firstly, the main influence element of the time of wagon is discussed. Secondly, the freight working program of railway station is analyzed from before to after using the Transportation Management Information System (TMIS). Thirdly, the working and waiting time of wagon in station is calculated. Finally, the affect of business process reengineering is researched.
