摘要
针对我国行政立法的现状及其存在问题 ,从现状分析与完善措施相结合的角度 ,就强化对行政立法的法律控制、重视立法的适度超前性以及建立行政立法监督制度等方面进行了论述。指出应进一步完善我国的行政立法。
Based on the situation of our administrative law and its underlying problems, the author gives both some analysis and some suggestions, This article involves the legal control of administrative legislation, the emphasis on the legislation′s being appropriately prior to the realities and the suggestions that an institution should be established to supervise the administrative legislation.
