摘要
电力系统电压与电流之间相角是电力系统实时监控中的一项重要的测量参数。为了能实时地对电力系统电压与电流之间的相角进行测量 ,本文提出了一种基于电压、电流交流采样值的新算法。该算法具有计算速度快。
The real-time phase angle measurement is very important to the mioitory and control of power system.In order to measure phase angle,the paper present a kind of new algorithm that is based on the alternating data acquisition. A lot of simulation proves that the new algorithm's calculation is simple and fast.
