摘要
作者对黑眉锦蛇小肠碱性磷酸酶 (AKP)进行了分离纯化 ,对其部分性质进行研究的结果表明 ,Ser,Thr,Lys和Trp残基是黑眉锦蛇小肠AKP的必需功能基团 。
Alkaline phosphatase(AKP) was isolated and purified from small intestine of Elaphe taeniura Cope and some of its properties has also been examined.These could draw a conclusion that Ser,Thr,Lys and Trp residues are indispensable functional groups of the small intestine AKP of Elapse taeniura Cope .Partial disulfide bond are also necessary for the function of these enzymes.
