摘要
观察加味三甲散治疗慢性肝炎高γ 球蛋白血症的疗效 ,探讨其抗肝纤维化的作用。以加味三甲散煎剂治疗 4 8例慢性肝炎高γ 球蛋白血症 ,治疗 2个疗程 (6个月 )。结果 :总有效率达85 4 % ,血清γ 球蛋白均值治疗前为 30 6± 3 6 ,治疗后为 2 2 4± 4 5 ,下降幅度为 8 3± 3 8,有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。四种中医证型间疗效比较P >0 0 5 ,说明该方对各证型均同样有效 ,提示加味三甲散治疗慢性肝炎高γ 球蛋白血症疗效较佳 。
To observe the clinical efficacy of 'Jiawei Sanjia Powder'in the treatment of hypergammaglobulinemia of chronic hepatitis and its mechanism in fighting hepatic fibrosis,48 cases were treated by the 'Powder'for 6 months.Results showed that the total effective rate was 85 4%;γ globulin dropped from 30 6±3 6 to 22 4±4 5,with a significant difference( P <0 01);the clinical efficacy in the four syndromes were similar( P >0 05).
