摘要
探讨了目前国际上许多大企业实施的连续质量改进计划— 6σ质量计划。事实证明 ,许多世界级公司通过推行 6σ质量计划取得了显著的效益。文章分析了 6σ质量的统计解释及其含义 ,根据国外大公司推行 6σ质量计划的成功经验 ,提出了实施 6σ的具体策略。在对我国企业质量管理现状进行大量调查的基础上 ,分析了我国企业质量管理中存在的问题以及 6σ质量计划对我国企业提高质量管理水平的借鉴意义。
The paper addresses 6σ quality program currently implemented by many world class companies. Evidence shows that many world class companies have achieved great benefit through implementing 6σ program. The paper discusses the statistical meaning and fundamental concepts of 6σ quality and puts forward to the strategies for implenenting 6σ quality program. Based on the 6σ successful experience of world class companies,the paper presents the strategies for implementing 6σ.Based on the exitensive survey of the current situation of quality management in China, the paper analyzes the existing problems of quality management in China and points out how the enterprises of China can improve quality management through 6σ quality program.
