摘要
目的 :检测儿童头发中 6种元素含量 ,分析其缺少或偏高的可能原因及危害 ,指导儿保工作。方法 :用电感耦合高频等离子体发射光谱法测定发中微量元素 ,用软件包 SPSS1 0 .0进行数据统计分析。结果 :人群发铅偏高占 64.1 1 % ,元素缺乏序列锌、锰、钙、铜、铁 ,铅偏高与锌、铁、钙等元素缺乏有性别差异显著性 ;锌、锰、铜、钙含量减少各年龄组存在显著性差异。结论
Purpose:Pass through survey the 6 kinds of contents of microelement in child hair.We analyse the possibility cause and harm that it lacks or is in height of.So,guidance child health protection works.Method:We use the way of inductance coupling high-frequency plasma blast-off spectrum to survey the content of Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca,Mn and Pb in the hair.Datas use the software SPSS 10.0 to do the medical statistical analysis.Reult:The content of Pb in the children'hair who under seven years old is high generally,it takes 64.11%.Lack element sequence in Zn>Mn>Ca>Cu>Fe.There is sexual discrepancy notableness between the high Pb and the lack of Zn,Fe,Ca elements in sex.And there exists discrepancy notableness among the elements of Zn,Mn,Cu,Ca which is lack of in age.Conclusion:We must adopt necessary nutrition measure to maintain the child content balance of microelement,it has very important meaning for protecting child bealth to grow up.
