摘要
目的 :建立一种测定卡托普利片含量的方法。方法 :运用旋光法测定。结果 :浓度在 5～ 30mg·ml-1范围内与旋光度呈线性关系 ,平均回收率 99.9%,RSD为 0 .4%。结论 :本法简便、快捷、准确 。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of captopril tablets. METHODS The polarimetry was used. RESULTS The linear relationship between the concentration and the optical rotation was in the rang of 10～30 mg·ml -1 .The average recovery was 99.9% . The RSD was 0.4% . CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,fast and accurate, it is suitable for analysis in the pharmacy.
