摘要
电容层析成像技术是80年代中后期形成和发展起来的一种基于电容传感机理的过程成像技术,叙述了电容层析成像技术的工作原理,针对传感器系统设计、微小电容测量、图像重建算法等关键技术进行分析,并阐述其发展现状.
Electrical capacitance tomagraphy,which evolved during the mid-late 1980' s is a process tomography basod on capacitance sensor.This paper firstly describes the general pr inclples of capacitance tomography system,then analyses its sensors design,sm all capacitance measurement and ima ge reconstruction algorithm,finally points out its state of art.
