摘要
本文采用振动钻削与混合流磨削加工的新工艺,对柴油机喷油嘴喷孔加工进行了深入系统的研究,提出了振动钻削的精密入钻特性、交叉式切削和复合式去毛刺等新观点,丰富了金属切削理论,解决了喷孔加工的技术难题。采用这种新工艺使喷孔精度明显提高,喷孔表面粗糙度显著下降,喷孔内口毛刺完全去净,最终使柴油机的燃油消耗率下降3%左右。
In this paper, cutting spray hole of diesel nozzle is investigated by means of a new technology combining with vibration drilling & mixed fluid grinding. Some new viewpoints on accurate initial location characteristic of vibration drills, crisscross cutting as well as complex burring are proposed by the authors in a view to solving the difficulties on cutting of spray holes. As a result, more improving the machining accuracy, apparently decreasing the surface roughness and completely burring are provided by using the new compound technology. The fuel consumption of diesel engine is saved for 3% correspondingly.
