摘要
目的 :观察 YHL - X2 0 0型消毒剂发生器制备的二氧化氯消毒剂对微生物杀灭效果及对饮用水水源、医院污水的杀菌情况。检测该设备流速对二氧化氯产量的影响。方法 :对大肠杆菌、白色念球菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞菌的定量杀菌实验 ;现场处理医院污水的细菌总数、粪大肠菌群数检测 ;现场处理深井水的细菌总数、大肠菌群数检测 ;在设备的加样流速为 0 .8kg/ h、 2 .0 kg/ h、 2 .5 kg/ h、 4.0 kg/ h时检测相应二氧化氯的含量。结果 :以含 10 .0 m g/ L Cl O2 对水中大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌作用 1分钟或含 80 .0 mg/ L Cl O2 溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞菌作用 15分钟杀灭率均达到 99.9%以上。杀菌作用受有机物影响明显。对医院污水处理 ,以 2 0 0 .0 g/ h的 Cl O2 发生量 ,经射流器混入待处理污水 ,作用 30分钟后 ,细菌总数和粪大肠菌群数符合污水综合排放标准 (GB8978- 1996 ) ;对深井水的处理 ,以 6 4.89g/ h Cl O2 的发生量 ,经射流器混入待处理水 ,作用 30分钟后 ,细菌总数和大肠菌群数符合生活饮用水标准 (GB5 749- 85 )。该设备加样流速越大 ,二氧化氯的产量越多 ,从而控制单位时间内二氧化氯的产量 ,使该消毒液发挥良好的消毒效果。
Objective:To observe the result of YHL-X200 type chlorine dioxide water solution generators killing microorganism and its efficacy in killing bacteria in the source of drinking water and the sewage from hospital,and monitor the influence on the output of ClO 2 from the equipments velocity of flow.Methods:The fixed quantity sterilization experiments with Esvherichia coli,Candada albicans and Spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger.Checking in the number of aerobic bacteria and MPN in hospital water and the number of aerobic bacteria and coliform group in deep well water with the ClO 2 compound disinfectant.Monitoring the concentration of available chlorine(mg/L) at the different velocity of flow:0.8kg/h?2.0kg/h?2.5kg/h?4.0kg/h.Results:A killing rate over 99.9% was achieved when Escherichia coli or Candida albicans was exposed to a solution containing available chlorine 10.0mg/L for 1min,and Spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger was exposed to a solution containing available chlorine 80.0mg/L for 15min.When disinfecting the hospital sewage water at ClO 2 200.0g/h,the number of aerobic bacteria and MPN accord with the standard of GB8978-1996.When disinfecting the deep well water at ClO 2 64.89g/h,the number of aerobic bacteria and coliform group accord with the standard of GB11898-89.The faster the velocity of flow is,the more the output of ClO 2 can be gotten,therefore the equipment can control the output of ClO 2 in a certain time,which helps the ClO 2 compound disinfectant improve its efficacy to killing microorganisms.
