摘要
分析了精校机步进电机控制中的软硬件问题 ,研制了专用的 I/O驱动器和缓冲器 ,在 DEL-PHI中嵌入汇编代码的方式编写了步进电机控制软件。能满足精校机对步进电机系统的控制要求。
This paper analyzes the problems of software and hardware that exists in the stepping motor control system of the precise straightening press. A special I/O driver is developed. The stepping motor control software is programmed in assemble method. The method presenting has high effective , good utility and can meet the needs of the control demand of stepping motor.
