摘要
立了一种测定栀子中的栀子甙含量的高效液相色谱分析方法 .在Kromasil-C18(4 .6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm)柱上进行分析 ,流动相为水 -甲醇 -醋酸 (80∶2 0∶0 .1,V V) ,流速为 0 .8mL min ,紫外检测波长为 2 4 0nm ,0 .0 2AUFS ,栀子甙的平均回收率为 99.35 %,相对标准偏差RSD为 1.2 8(n =6) ,这种方法测定栀子甙准确 ,快捷 ,简单 .
A HPLC method for the determination of geniposide in gardenia was developed .The HPLC system consists Kromasil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm ,5 μm)and the methanol-water-acetidin(80∶20∶0.1,V/V,0.8 mL/min)which was used as mobile phase.The detection was carried out at 240 nm.The average rate of recovery of geniposide is 99.35% with RSD=1.28% (n=6).
