摘要
针对以往目标真温及光谱发射率的计算结果偏差较大的问题 ,提出了一种新的发射率假设模型 ,并在此基础上提出了一种新的多光谱辐射温度计的数据处理方法 ,即通过处理 2个不同温度点处的多光谱辐射温度计的测量数据 ,可同时获知 2个温度点处的真温及光谱发射率 .仿真结果表明 ,只要温度估计初值与真实情况的误差在± 2 0 0K以内 ,即可得到较好的计算温度值和计算发射率值 .新方法在不需要实时数据处理的场合 ,是一种自动辨识目标真温及光谱发射率的较实用的方法 。
A new emissivity assumption is presented. Based on the new assumption, a new data processing method of the multispectral radiation thermometer is introduced, that is, by processing the measured data of the multispectral radiation thermometer at two different temperature points, the true temperature and spectral emissivities at two different temperature points can be simultaneously calculated. The simulated results show that so long as the difference between the initial temperature value and the measured target temperature is within plus and minus 200 K, the calculation values of the true temperature and spectral emissivities are in good agreement with the measured targets. The new method presented here is a practical method for automatically recognizing the true temperature and spectral emissivities if it is not needed for on-line data processing, and can solve the true temperature and spectral emissivities if it is not needed for on-line data processing, and can solve the true temperature and spectral emissivity measurement of most engineering materials.
