摘要
以高抗黄曲霉侵染亲本湛秋 4 8和高感亲本粤油 92及杂种后代F1、BC1,F2 ,F3 为分析材料 ,研究了花生抗黄曲霉侵染的遗传控制。结果表明花生对黄曲霉侵染的抗性没有细胞质效应和胚乳效应 ,是由母株 ( 2n)基因控制 ,表现为一对主基因和微效基因混合遗传模式。
The inheritance of resistance to infection by Aspergillus flavus in peanut was studied following inoculation in progenies,F 1,BC 1,F 2,F 3,which derived from the cross between the resistant parent Zhanqiu48 and the susceptible parent Yueyou 92. Genetic analysis showed that the resistance to infection in peanut was controlled by 2n nucleic maternal system that is a pair of major gene and minor genes.
