摘要
以三相配电网线路在不换位情况下的接地故障检测方法为研究课题 ,在计算三相换位情况的基础上对三相不换位情况下线路的传递函数作了详细的讨论。通过详细的理论分析和实例计算证明了在三相不换位情况下 ,传递函数法仍可很有效地应用于配电网接地故障定位 ,从而扩展了传递函数法在配电网接地故障定位中的应用范围 ,从理论上为其在配电网线路中的实际应用给予了补充和完善。
A new location algorithm based on the theorem of transfer function is extend to solve the problem of line to grounded fault location for unbalanced or imperfectly transposed lines in power distribution net works. In this paper, transfer function is proved to be very effective by detailed analysis of theory and calculations for true lines, therefor the area of the application of transfer function is extended. And the theory of transfer function becomes integrated for its use to true lines.
