摘要 在Hypol工艺的聚丙烯装置上,用各种不同主催化剂生产了不同牌号的产品,并对主催化剂、各牌号和共聚单体含量对雾度的影响进行了研究。结果表明,用N催化剂生产均聚牌号F401产品时,负荷高,反应控制平稳。F401由于雾度低,作透明聚丙烯的基料,添加自制的透明母粒后,可生产出高透明度的聚丙烯。 In the Hypol process polypropylene (PP) plant, various grades of polypropylene were synthesized with different primary catalysts. The effects of the primary catalysts, melt flow rate and comonomer on the haze of the PP products were studied. The results showed that in case F401, a kind of PP having low haze, was synthesized with N - catalyst, the polymerization reaction could be controlled steadily and carried out at high load. A kind of high transparency PP was developed with using F401 as fundamental raw material and adding the homemade transparency masterbatch.
