摘要
以粳型品种台中 65及其近等基因 F1不育系 TISL 5为材料 ,利用 STS和 SSL P标记对水稻F1花粉不育基因座位 S- c进行了精细定位 ,RG2 2 7STS和 RM2 18分别位于 S- c的两侧 ,与 S- c的距离分别为 0 .3c M和 4 .3c M。通过对 4 0个籼、粳和中间型品系标记基因型的鉴定 ,分析了分子标记基因型与 S- c基因型之间的关系 ,建立了以 PCR为基础的分子标记辅助选择体系。利用 RG2 2 7STS和RM2 18标记对来自 TISL5的 S- ci/ S- ci 基因型的选择 ,准确度达 10 0 %。
To establish marker assisted selection(MAS)for F 1 pollen sterility locus S c, the RFLP marker RG227 which closely linked with the locus was c onverte d to STS marker. A SSLP marker, RM218, was found to link with the S c loc us. Flanking S c locus, RG227STS and RM218 were 0.3 cM and 4.3 cM r espectively away from the locus. Two alleles at the RG227STS locus and fourteen alleles at the R M218 locus were detected and their linkage relationship with the S c genoty pes was identified. The two PCR markers will be used for marker assisted select ion of the genotypes at the S c locus in rice breeding programs.
