三七总皂甙治疗脑梗死模型时对脑电图的影响

摘要 目的:评价三七总皂甙对脑梗死的治疗效果。方法:在Wistar鼠大脑中动脉阻塞的局灶性脑缺血模型上研究其对脑电图的影响。结果:三七总皂甙能增加梗死侧脑电图波幅,减轻神经功能缺损程度,减小梗死灶体积。结论:三七总皂甙对大鼠缺血性脑损伤有保护作用。 Objectives:To evaluate the curative effect of notoginsenoside in cerebral infarction. Methods: The effect on Electroencephalogram (EEG) was investiagated in the focal cerebral ischemic model of wistar rate with middle cerebral artery occluded. Results: The expeimental results showed that notoginsenoside could significantly increase the amplitude of EEG in the infarcted hemisphere, reduce the infarcted volume and the scores of neurologic function deficit. Conclusion: Notoginsenoside can protect from cerebral ischemic damage in rats.
