摘要
目的：评价自行研制的高分子合成树脂类义齿粘附剂的毒性。方法：使用经口途径的短期全身毒性试验，细胞毒性试验等２种方法。结果：未见任何急性毒性反应；ＭＴＴ法显示无明显的细胞毒性作用。结论：所研制的义齿粘附剂对机体无毒性。
Objective: To evaluate the toxicity of synthetic macromolecular resin class of denture adhesives. Methods: Acute toxicity and cytotoxicity were tested with standard methods. Results: No toxicity effect was observed with in vivotest and no cytotoxicity effect was observed with in vitro MTT assay. Conclusion: The developed denture adhesive did notexhibit toxicity.
