摘要
为观察大鼠证病结合模型实验 5 1周的胃粘膜病理改变 ,用Wistar雌性大鼠 ,分为对照组 8只 ,CAG组 14只 ,脾虚CAG组 9只 ,肝郁CAG组 12只和肾虚CAG组 4只。CAG造模采用主动免疫加脱氧胆酸钠和阿斯匹林水溶液交替饮用法 ,脾虚证造模采用耗气破气加饥饱失常法 ,肝郁证造模采用夹尾加肾上腺素注射法 ,肾虚证造模采用MTU饮用法。总造模时间 5 1周。造模结束后取胃粘膜制作石蜡切片 ,HE染色 ,光镜观察和形态计量。流式细胞法进行胃粘膜上皮细胞DNA倍性和增殖活性测定。结果发现胃粘膜萎缩性改变 ,以肾虚CAG组特别是脾虚CAG组最为严重。各实验组胃粘膜固有层纤维组织增生和炎症均不明显 ,炎细胞浸润主要见于粘膜下层。各实验组的胃粘膜细胞DNA倍性和增殖活性变化以CAG组、脾虚CAG组、肾虚CAG组最为明显。结论 :各CAG模型组胃粘膜有明显的萎缩表现 。
Pathologic changes of Gastric Mucosa were boserved in combined rat models in CAG Disease and syndrome of expenrimental 51 week.The feminine Wistar rats were divided into control group (8 heads),the CAG group (14 heads),the insufficiency of spleen and CAG group (9 heads),the stagnation of the liver-qi and CAG group (12 heads) and the deficiency of kidney and CAG group (4 heads).The CAG model group was formed by using active immunometry and drinking natrium deoxycholic acid and the water solution of aspirin alternately,the insufficiency of spleen group using the method of Hao Qi Po Qi and abnormal starvation and satietation,the stagnation of liver-qi group using the method of cliping tails and injecting adrenalin,the deficiency of kidney using the method of drinking MTU.The total time of making models was 51 weeks.When the models were completed,gastric mucosa were taken out and made paraffin section,HE steined,observed under microsope and measured appearance.At the same time,the DNA ploidy and proliferous activity of gastric mucosa epitheliol cells were measureded by FCM.The astrophic changes of gastric mucosa were most obvious in the insufficiency of spleen group and the deficiency of kidney group.All experimental groups did not seem significant changes of hyperplasia and inflammation in fibrous tissue of gastric mucosa lamina propria.There was inflmmatory cell inflitration in submucous layer mainly.It was more striking of the DNA ploidy and proliferous activity of gastric mucosa cells in the CAG group,the insufficiency of spleen and CAG group and the deficiency of kidney and CAG group.There was obvious changes of gastric mucosa in all CAG model groups.Different disease and syndrome combined model had different pathologic temperament.
