摘要
探讨了固定床反应器中异丁烷与丁烯在六方八面沸石催化剂上的烷基化反应 ,研究了反应时间、反应温度、丁烯空速等对催化剂活性的影响。试验结果表明 ,催化剂的初始活性较高 ,随着反应时间的延长 ,活性下降较快。同时进行了催化剂的再生研究 ,在载气下于一定温度将催化剂热再生 。
Alkylation of isobutane with butene on hexagonal faujusite catalyst in a fixed bed reactor was reported.Factors influencing the activity of the catalyst such as reaction time,reaction temperature and space velocity of butene were discussed.The experimental results showed that the catalyst possessed high initial activity which decreased quickly with time.Regeneration of the deactivated catalyst was conducted by passing carrier gas at given temperature through the catalyst,resulting in the recovery of its initial activity.
